Kirti (a.k.a Tina) has 10 years of working experience. She has done her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources (HR) and has worked as HR executive at India First life Insurance in India.

In addition to her HR experience in she has worked for four years in the collections industry in Melbourne as recoveries officer, predominantly in motor claims. She has joined Debt Recoveries Australia as a Senior Account Executive and is primarily responsible for recovery domestic and commercial insurance claims. Kirti is excited to be part of DRA and she wants to be part of the ongoing growth of the organisation.

Kirti is originally from India and she migrated to Australia in 2011 and she finds Australia a great country to live in.
